Teacher Marissa (Ma’am Marissa) is the co-founder and School Principal of Marinny Bright Academy, a DepEd-recognized institution dedicated to inclusive early childhood and primary education. A visionary leader in the academic community, she brings profound expertise in curriculum development, Special Education (SpEd), and structured learning frameworks. Her lifelong passion for fostering an environment where every child can excel is deeply rooted in her personal journey as a mother to her son, AJ—an experience that drives her to ensure Marinny meets the highest standards of educational care.

Ma’am Marissa holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education from National University and completed her foundational studies at the Philippine National University. As a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT), she oversees the school's academic pathways, ensures full alignment with national educational standards, and champions innovative teaching methods that empower young minds during their most vital foundational years.

Teacher Marissa serves as the Clinical Supervisor and QBA Lead for the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) division at Marinny Bright Academy. In this role, she brings advanced discipline in behavioral modification and evidence-based interventions to the forefront of the academy's therapy programs. Her hands-on clinical leadership is inspired by her real-life journey as a mother to her beloved son, AJ, ensuring that every behavior plan implemented under her watch is anchored in deep empathy, practical success, and data-driven progress.

As a Board-Certified Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA), Teacher Marissa is proud to be one of the pioneering, premier US-certified QBA professionals practicing in Region III. Leveraging her Master’s Degree in Special Education (SpEd) from National University, she actively supervises and elevates Marinny’s behavioral analysis team, mentoring therapists to maintain elite clinical standards while delivering life-changing milestone achievements for unique learners.

Dedicated to advancing his clinical knowledge, he has already begun his Master’s degree at the University of the Philippines to better serve his clients.

On the side, Teacher Mark harbors a rich passion for history and the arts. He loves weaving these creative and cultural interests into his therapy sessions, making his fine motor, cognitive, and sensory integration programs uniquely engaging and inspiring for young learners.

Teacher EJ brings a lifelong familiarity and a deeply personal dedication to his work with children on the Autism Spectrum. Having volunteered during his teenage years at San Rafael, he discovered a profound calling that inspired him to pursue a career as a Speech-Language Pathologist. As the eldest son of the founders, he has entirely embraced the academy's mission and vision as his own personal advocacy.

Teacher EJ graduated with College Honors from De La Salle University and successfully passed the November 2025 SLPLE sanctioned by the PRC. Serving both the Baliwag and San Rafael branches, he implements highly structured, encouraging communication programs that empower his clients to build confidence and find their voice.
